What is the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program?
The VEU program is a Victorian Government initiative that provides financial incentives for installing energy-efficient products. As an aggregator, Vic Energy Solutions manages the certificate creation and payment process on your behalf so you simply install and earn.
What types of installations are eligible?
Eligible installations include reverse cycle air conditioners, heat pump hot water systems and solar PV: STCs for home and small business systems, and VEECs for commercial systems from 30 to 200 kW. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your specific products.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most installers are up and running within a few days. We handle your registration, provide two free onsite training visits, and our team is available to support you from day one.
What rate will I get per certificate?
Our rates follow the VEEC certificate market and reward higher volumes. Contact us for today's rate and we'll confirm it in writing before you start.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. We don't believe in lock-in contracts. We earn your business by providing the best rates and service. All our agreements are flexible to suit your business needs.
How does the rate beat promotion work?
If you can show us written evidence of a better rate from another VEU aggregator, we will beat it by 5%. Simply contact us with the rate evidence and we'll confirm your new rate in writing. Conditions apply.
